- We're looking for a dynamic and motivated Buyer Intern to join our Service division for a 12 month internship.
Responsibilities
- Track Purchase Orders: Support the buyer with tracking creation and order acknowledgement of purchase order
- Open Purchase Order Management: Lead coordinating the team to ensure open PO's are being closed in a timely manner. Clearing backlog of Purchase orders.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote and implement continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
- Problem Resolution: Help resolve supplier quality issues and support the SCM function in negotiating pricing.
- These tools are designed to support our recruiters and do not replace human decision-making.
- Support the buyer with tracking creation and order acknowledgement of purchase order

Requirements
- If you have a passion for procurement and logistics, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you!
- Knowledge of SAP software is an asset.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Advanced proficiency English
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
