- The Registered Nurse is an experienced nurse who shall orient new staff, precept students, and assume relief charge nurse duty as oriented and assigned.
- This position requires critical thinking, sharp assessment skills, quick decision-making ability, effective communication, and the ability to work under pressure.
- This position requires the willingness and ability to be required to be on-call on a rotating basis as scheduled and to respond within 30 minutes of call-back communication is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
- Licensure/Certifications
- State of California RN license required.
Compensation
- Hourly Evening Shift Differential: $5.50
- Hourly Night Shift Differential: $8.00
