About the role
- Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, operations, logistics, and installation teams.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide clear reporting to leadership.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex, large-scale LED display deployments.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale strategic LED projects from pre-sales and proposal development through project kickoff, delivery, and final completion.
- Coordinate across multiple internal and external technical disciplines including: Structural mounting systems Electrical power distribution Mechanical integration LED display systems Media playback systems Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams, external partners, and clients.
- Track and manage project milestones, procurement schedules, and installation timelines.
- Support site coordination during installation and commissioning phases.
- Manage documentation including project plans, schedules, change orders, and commissioning reports.
- Ability to effectively coordinate across cross-functional teams and external partners.
- This role is responsible for managing projects from design coordination through installation, commissioning, and final handover.

Requirements
- Travel to job sites as required to support project execution and stakeholder coordination.
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and project tracking tools.
- Must have a valid drivers license.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary project environments including:
Nice to have
- Experience working with large, complex LED installations.
- Experience coordinating with general contractors and construction teams.
- PMP certification or similar project management credential.
- 100% vested immediately.
