- Description: This position's primary responsibilities include administrative and customer service duties associated with commercial Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) project coordination.
- This person will receive and process orders, proactively identify opportunities to improve our service and make recommendations accordingly.
Responsibilities
- For over 60 years, we have partnered with engineers, contractors, and building owners to design and implement high-performance building systems that balance energy efficiency, operational reliability, and occupant comfort.
Requirements
- Creative problem solver with the ability to resolve conflicts and determine a path forward
- Ability to learn and interpret technical and contractual language
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Self-starting, dependable, accepts ownership, drives own goals/performance
