Responsibilities

  • Support technical Design Reviews of Electrical Wiring systems
  • Mentor, train, and develop engineers in the Electrical Wiring team
  • Use your knowledge of industry standard components to select optimal parts to suit specific design applications and requirements.
  • Follow industry best practices and guidance for the design and installation of the wire harnesses (AC 43.13-1B, AS50881, ASTM F2639)
  • Proficient in Building and supporting Corporate Schedules, Budgets, Staffing Requirements and providing detailed updates of all of these to Senior Leadership
  • We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company's business strategy.

Requirements

  • 10-years proven track record of leading multi-disciplined Electrical
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace Engineering or related field
  • Strong understanding of the 2D / 3D Design Tool sets and how they communicate with one another
  • Providing alternate parts definition and control as required

Compensation

  • For this position we are targeting a base pay between $172,800- $216,000.
