About the role

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong imaging professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, supporting high-quality patient care, and serving as a trusted technical and operational resource.
In this role, you will help guide a talented Imaging team that plays a critical role in diagnosis, treatment, patient experience, and care delivery.
You will bring together clinical expertise, leadership, quality improvement, and operational oversight to ensure patients receive safe, timely, compassionate, and high-quality imaging services.

You will support clinical staff, oversee patient care processes, monitor quality and safety standards, and help ensure the department is operating efficiently and effectively.
Encouraging reporting, analysis, and root cause review to support continuous improvement.
Rounding regularly in assigned areas to support patients, families, staff, and department needs.
Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Support employee engagement, growth, empowerment, and retention.
Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to support programs and processes that add value.
Help lead change, solve problems, and support operational excellence.
Lead an essential imaging team in one of Montana's most beautiful communities.
This position is ideal for a leader who is collaborative, detail-oriented, confident in clinical operations, and passionate about building a supportive team culture.

Minimum of three years of leadership experience required.
Strong understanding of budgetary processes and systems of accountability.
Familiarity with a variety of imaging concepts, practices, and procedures.
Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation safety, and patient care.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software as needed.

Supporting staffing, orientation, education, competency, training, and performance development.
Building strong working relationships with providers, leaders, departments, and team members across Logan Health.
