About the role
- This is an exciting opportunity for a strong imaging professional who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, supporting high-quality patient care, and serving as a trusted technical and operational resource.
- In this role, you will help guide a talented Imaging team that plays a critical role in diagnosis, treatment, patient experience, and care delivery.
- You will bring together clinical expertise, leadership, quality improvement, and operational oversight to ensure patients receive safe, timely, compassionate, and high-quality imaging services.
Responsibilities
- You will support clinical staff, oversee patient care processes, monitor quality and safety standards, and help ensure the department is operating efficiently and effectively.
- Encouraging reporting, analysis, and root cause review to support continuous improvement.
- Rounding regularly in assigned areas to support patients, families, staff, and department needs.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Support employee engagement, growth, empowerment, and retention.
- Collaborate with Human Resources and leadership to support programs and processes that add value.
- Help lead change, solve problems, and support operational excellence.
- Lead an essential imaging team in one of Montana's most beautiful communities.
- This position is ideal for a leader who is collaborative, detail-oriented, confident in clinical operations, and passionate about building a supportive team culture.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of leadership experience required.
- Strong understanding of budgetary processes and systems of accountability.
- Familiarity with a variety of imaging concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Comprehensive knowledge of anatomy, physiology, radiation safety, and patient care.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional software as needed.
