About the role
- The Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise plays a pivotal role in shaping the learning culture of the House across the region, ensuring that the CHANEL allure is transmitted to every Fashion Advisor - and continuously reinforced throughout their tenure.
- Through the valorization of creation, savoir-faire, and quality, and through the cultivation of client style, the Senior Manager ensures that every retail team member in their region can embody a singular client bond.
- Acting as the liaison between the Fashion Expertise Home Office and the field, they translate the US and global vision into meaningful learning experiences across the region.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Managers, Fashion Expertise to achieve regional goals related to the animation and hosting of client styling appointments within boutiques, providing strategic guidance and support across markets

- The Senior Manager, Fashion Expertise provides regional leadership across multiple markets, partnering closely with Managers, Fashion Expertise to drive consistency, excellence, and impact in the field.
- Deliver inspiring New Hire Training, supporting newcomers in the region with a deep understanding of the heritage, DNA, codes, and singularity of the House
- Support new boutique openings across the region, serving as the lead Fashion training resource to build team readiness to transmit the CHANEL singularity to each client ahead of opening

Requirements
- Minimum 7 Years Training and/or Organizational Development Experience
- Must be able to work independently and transparently, possessing the judgment to provide frequent, concise, and cogent management updates to US and Global Paris teams
Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through $135,000.
- Base salary is one component of the total compensation for this position.
- Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be offered for this position.
- Maintain an individual annual client engagement goal, actively contributing to client development opportunities across the region
