  • This position will report to the Director, Stock Administration.
  • This role will lead the global administration of TTD's equity programs, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, scalable processes, and exceptional employee experience across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead the team in managing the administration of TTD's equity programs for global employees, including restricted stock units (RSUs), stock options and the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing stock administration team
  • Partner closely with the Senior Equity Program Manager to ensure alignment across equity programs and support compliance, governance, and employee education efforts
  • Develop and document policies, procedures and controls for equity administration
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on equity-related questions and programs
  • Partner effectively and proactively with Human Resources, Legal, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and compliant administration of equity programs
  • Perform ad-hoc projects and initiatives in support of the Stock Administration team
