Responsibilities

Identify business opportunities in line with clients' portfolios and create communication and marketing strategies to concretize them
Demonstrate a desire to innovate, change the course of things, challenge the status quo, and push the limits with the projects you lead
Manage and optimize 360˚ multidisciplinary projects by identifying the right players at the right moment. Both internal and external partners
Manage conflicts, provoke discussions, and make difficult decisions
Manage, train, and guide the development of your team.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field
8+ years of agency experience
You are an experienced thought leader who can organize, motivate and improve the creative thinking and output of those around you.
You can think strategically and apply critical and analytical skills to help shape the creative work and elevate ideas.
You can leverage relationships in identifying opportunities to grow the business portfolio.
You are an experienced leader that can not only see the big picture and know how to run a business but also love rolling up your sleeves and diving into the trenches with the team.
You are able to pass on your experience to others through generous and patient mentorship of more junior members of the team.
You are a positive, collaborative and a contagious spirit who is integral to creating the agency spirit.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $100,000-120,000 CAD annually.
