About the role

  • Comply with SLB Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assist in improving asset reliability, equipment utilization, maintenance efficiency, and Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD) through adherence to maintenance best practices.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, productivity, and maintenance effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Perform assigned maintenance activities, including inspection, servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of equipment in accordance with established procedures and standards.
  • Support the on-time delivery of equipment by ensuring maintenance activities are completed efficiently and in line with operational requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) systems, including work orders, labor hours, equipment history, and parts usage.
  • Develop and maintain technical competencies through training, coaching, and compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform maintenance activities on assigned equipment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States without sponsorship.
  • These documents must be produced no later than seventy-two (72) hours after employment commences.
  • In addition, all applicants who are offered and accept employment will be required to verify their employment authorization under oath by signing a USCIS Form I-9.
