Responsibilities
- Lead analytical workstreams and support key strategic initiatives for the closed-end and open-ended funds across our net lease, real estate credit and digital infrastructure strategies
- Create complex financial analyses in connection with ongoing business planning, new product launches, potential strategic transactions and capital allocation and financing strategies
- Build and maintain forward-looking fund-level models for multiple funds and our non-traded REITs
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the competitive landscape and current and emerging practice within the industry.
- Public Real Estate / REITs experience is a plus
- Undergraduate degree in related fields (Finance, Accounting, Business or Economics preferred) with strong academic record
Compensation
- It is expected that the base annual salary range for this New York City-based position will be $150,000 to $175,000.
