About the role
- Who You Are: You are in pursuit of or have recently obtained your CPA license and enjoy helping clients and collaborating with your co-workers when you encounter a unique situation that requires you to research and solve a client's problem.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of client businesses and use this knowledge to help diagnose opportunities and suggest solutions
- Coach and support Associates as they learn technical skills, systems, and processes and provide opportunities to apply them
- Develop effective working relationships with clients through responsiveness and direct communication in order to influence and motivate them.
- Prepare research for Managers and Senior Managers to support article writing for sales and marketing initiatives
