The Inventory Control and Warehouse Specialist is an entry-level staff member responsible for supporting company processes related to inventory management and warehouse operations.

Perform routine cycle counts and report discrepancies to supervisor.
Documentation and Data Entry Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions in manual logs or electronic systems.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Team Support Assist other warehouse staff as needed to complete daily assignments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary with the ability to build relationships across departments.
Collaborate with a passionate team of engineers and scientists, united by a shared drive to excel and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

0-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or a related field.
Ability to accurately follow company-established guidelines and procedures.
Physical ability to lift and move materials as required by the job.
Employees may be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.
Entry level knowledge of Microsoft Suite is required.

Experience with inventory management or warehouse software.
Certification in forklift or material handling equipment (if required by company).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
