About the role
- Strategically handles retailer customer data with an analytical viewpoint and understands how to provide proactive and meaningful analysis.
- Responsible for growing our relationships with Inmar's priority clients by communicating effectively and with a sales viewpoint.
- Work closely with the Client Service Manager on research projects, cross-training, and data analysis initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for oral and written communication on client-related matters to resolve issues, develop procedures and establish guidelines.
- Maintain comprehensive files and records for all assigned accounts including, customer information sheets, address labels, special handling instructions and correspondence.

Requirements
- Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Perform special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example, conversions, de-conversions, research projects)
Skills
- Receive and respond to email requests and inquiries by collecting and analyzing data to respond and bring resolution
- Add new coupon submitters to the Submitter Master File and make appropriate payment disposition based on research and information available.
- Complete override requests (from CPG manufacturer) as requested.
- Research returned mail by utilizing all resources available and make updates/changes to database as necessary
- Interact with Clients, Retailers, Processing Plants and our 3 rd Party vendors, TOG, as needed to resolve inquiries.
