About the role

  • We are looking for a talented Analytics Engineer to join our team as an Analyst.
  • We will provide appropriate mentorship and company selected resources for your leadership skill development.

Responsibilities

  • As an Analyst, you will work closely with our team of analytics engineers to design and develop advanced analytics solutions for our private equity-backed company clients.
  • We partner with PE firms managing more than US$400B in assets and are rapidly expanding globally.
  • Across PE portfolio companies, we drive 3% to 5% EBITDA uplift, accelerate roll-ups through standardized data and KPI frameworks, and maintain continuous exit readiness with high-fidelity performance instrumentation.
  • You will assist in understanding their business needs and developing tailored analytics solutions.
  • You will have the opportunity, and the management support, to develop specialized knowledge of data analytics, data science, and AI applications in a chosen industry or domain.
  • You will possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be eager to develop as a key contributor in the Value Creation and Analytics (VC&A) Consulting division and develop executive presence as your career with us progresses to Associate, Manager, Principal, Director, and Managing Director levels.
  • You will be actively contributing to and delivering the team's insights around the ideation, design and development of various analytics, data science and generative AI products, working hand-in-hand with our software engineers, data scientists, and AI engineers.
  • This individual thrives on delving into technical details to ensure the engagement team successfully meets deliverables by employing analytical techniques to develop crucial business insights for our clients.

Compensation
