This role would involve a mix of leadership and hands-on engineering.
Destination integrations are at the heart of Hightouch's products.

We ship quickly - it's not uncommon for someone to implement a new integration while simultaneously shipping a few improvements in a week.
System Design Interview [90m]: Work with an engineer to architect a system at a conceptual level.

This is a leadership role, but we care about evidence of impact and potential for growth more than years of experience.

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $400,000 USD per year, which is location independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.

We also offer meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, and offer early exercise and a 10 year post-termination exercise window.
[Bonus] Have experience building and scaling a platform with hundreds of API integrations.

Engineers also regularly work directly with customers and integration partners to solution new use cases as they come up.
