About the role
- Also includes evaluations for wheelchairs, walkers and other assistive devices.
- The PT will provide therapy services for chronically ill patients admitted to hospital for lengthy stays, as well as see additional outpatients for burn and wound care.
- Documentation and correspondence pertaining to these services shall follow department and system policies.
Requirements
- Master's Degree or equivalent experiences
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment required
- State license for Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure
- Flexible hours/shifts to accommodate before and after school hours
