About the role
- The Netskope Finance Team is looking for an experienced and hands-on finance professional to take on an active role in the Go-To-Market (GTM) finance function.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing company in a high-profile role that will have a significant impact on strategic planning and decision-making within the GTM function and at Netskope.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with senior GTM leadership, including C-level and VP+ leaders across Marketing, Partners, Business Development, Customer Success, and others
- Develop financial models that reflect an aligned approach between Corporate and GTM initiatives, investment priorities, and efficiency goals
- Develop and enhance sales productivity and other sales efficiency metrics
- Deliver analysis and reporting of the business's financial results including variances to plan, ensuring key issues, risks, and business drivers are understood and highlighted
- Analyze key performance indicators, financial trends, and develop key insights and recommendations to GTM business leaders
- Build strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to drive operational efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to drive efficiencies, automation, and data analyses
- Provide analytical decision-making support for business partners
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed and present findings to senior management
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive finance experience working in high-growth technology, preferably with experience in SaaS, Cloud, Security, and/or AI
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to present to senior GTM leadership
- Proven experience in cultivating collaborative working relationships with teams across an organization
- Self-starter with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field preferred.
- Sales and/or Marketing finance experience required.

Compensation
- $85,500 - $173,000 USD
- At Netskope, salary is one component of our competitive total rewards package.
- The salary range for this position is as listed below.
- The successful candidate's starting pay will also be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions.
- For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the On Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target commission amount at 100% goal achievement.
- In addition to salary, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus plan (for non-sales roles) and a stock award program.
