About the role
- Work is performed under established guidelines and the direction of the program manager.
- Performance is reviewed through reports, meetings, and outcomes achieved.
Responsibilities
- Performs responsible paraprofessional work promoting the social, personal, and academic success of students.
- Monitors and documents caseload progress.
Requirements
- If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in the human services field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required.
- Valid Florida Driver's License required.
- Must pass criminal background check and polygraph.
- May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation
- $25.88 - $32.995 Hourly
