About the role
- Work will also include moving furniture, cleaning, and all other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Superintendent.
- Experience working within a customer service oriented environment is mandatory.
Requirements
- This position requires an ability to quickly learn methods of repair.
- The employee must be able to maintain a professional attitude, promote departmental and university policies and represent the University of North Florida, the Department of Housing and Residence Life to residents and guests in a positive and supportive manner.
- Required Qualifications
Compensation
- This position is maintenance work including assisting with painting, plumbing, and minor repairs.
