About the role

  • As a Project Manager at Altus Project Management, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and delivering successful real estate, and development projects on behalf of our valued public sector clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage commercial real-estate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including client teams, external consultants, and contractors, to coordinate project activities, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication.
  • Prepare project schedules, development budgets, and procurement documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
  • Mentor and support junior project staff, providing guidance and fostering their professional growth.
  • Attend and lead project meetings, including client meetings, design meetings, and construction progress reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or certification in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 5-15 years of experience in urban planning, construction, design, or project management.
  • Proficiency in drafting proposals, budgets, and schedules.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • All background checks will be conducted in compliance with local laws and regulations, and candidates will be informed of any checks required as part of the recruitment process.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple commercial real-estate projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documents and presentations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid technical knowledge of design and construction processes.

Compensation

  • $95,000 - $120,000
