Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 lb
- Ability to stand for 8-10 hours/day
Nice to have
- High School diploma/GED required
- Prior woodworking would be considered a plus
- router, miter saws, table saws
- Prior cabinet manufacturing or trim carpentry work would be considered a plus
- Knowledge of exterior doors would be considered a plus, but not required.

Compensation
- This position offers a $300 annual clothing allowance to offset costs for work apparel, protective footwear, and PPE.

They also work to install glass and door bottoms, package doors, and complete other value-add processes to doors being cut by the CNC. These associates are responsible for the timeliness, accuracy, and completion of these daily operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Assisting with all teams of finish department to ensure the highest quality finished product.
- Maintaining the organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of the door area, assigned by the Supervisor.
- Ensuring that all production areas are properly supplied for the day's work.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
