About the role

  • In this role, you will become the operational backbone of supply quality, running core driver quality programs, managing our external BPO team, and partnering directly with Growth to resolve issues on Curri's most strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Curri's external BPO team day to day, building and maintaining SOPs, leading training, and holding them to a consistent quality bar.
  • Build toward full ownership of supply quality escalations for top logos, with measurable improvement in strategic account delivery quality within your first year.
  • Comfortable managing stakeholders across functions and levels, including holding partners accountable who don't report to you, and translating that into clear, well-structured SOPs.
  • Strong ownership mentality, able to work through ambiguity and drive a solution to completion even when the right answer isn't obvious upfront.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in operations, strategy, or program management, ideally in a fast-moving marketplace, logistics, or startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Startup experience.
  • Experience applying AI or automation tools to operational workflows.
  • Strong SQL skills beyond basic querying.
  • Direct ownership of the programs that keep Curri's driver network reliable, with visibility into our most strategic customer accounts.
  • A clear path from execution-focused work today into more strategic, end-to-end ownership as you prove out the programs you run.
  • Close partnership with Growth and Revenue Operations on work that directly affects retention of Curri's top logos.
