About the role
- This role focuses on encouraging participation in wellness initiatives, coordinating wellness-related events, and maintaining data to track progress toward company-wide health goals.
- You will work collaboratively with healthcare providers, HR, and management to align wellness strategies with overall employee health and productivity objectives.
- Needs Assessment: Assess employee health needs through surveys, screenings, and feedback sessions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S., B.F.A., etc.)
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and wellness tracking systems
- Knowledge: Understanding of fitness, nutrition, behavioral health principles, and wellness program administration
- At least three years' related experience
- Key Expertise: Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, health coaching, biometric screening coordination, or employee wellness analytics

Compensation
- $55,480 - $64,077 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
