About the role

  • S upport the testing team in all aspects of the process, from mechanical to electrical, and concept through execution. You goal will be to ensure the quality, accuracy, and repeatability of test data to help drive data-based decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar subject.
  • If you are great at what you do, willing to engage with our collaborative culture, and motivated by making a difference in the world, consider joining us.
  • You are familiar with testing requirements from flow batteries or other relevant electrochemical devices such as PEM fuel cells or electrolysers.
  • You have a solid understanding of engineering and DOE principles, data analysis, and accelerated lifetime test methodologies and can effectively present your work with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You enjoy hands-on work and apply strong structured problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Nice to have

  • 3+ years experience working hands-on in product / R&D laboratory or test facility (flow battery or fuel cell test experience a plus).

Compensation

  • CAD 110k-CAD 125k
