About the role
- Description: The Business of Fashion is seeking a Senior Associate for the Operations team within our Brand Partnerships division.
- The role will report into the Associate Director of Operations, based in London.
- The Business of Fashion is recognised around the world for its authoritative, analytical point of view on the global fashion and beauty industries.
Responsibilities
- Based in New York, this is a hybrid project and client management role, responsible for supporting the Brand Partnerships execution team to deliver best-in-class content and events for our global partners.
Requirements
- You have the following attributes that will set you up for success:
- Experience in a project management role
- Proficiency in Google Products, Keynote and/or Adobe Suite a must
- You have developed trusting and productive relationships with both our global client base and key internal members of the BoF team
- Working closely with the Operations Manager on maintaining the commercial partnerships calendar and handle any changes required depending on client needs or BoF editorial changes
- Responsible for the development of partnership summary reports and detailed recaps - high proficiency with Google suite, Keynote, Adobe, PowerPoint is essential
