- As a Mixer Operator, you'll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring every delivery is on time, accurate, and handled with professionalism and care.
- Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
- Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
- Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
- Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
- Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
Compensation
- Competitive Pay: Hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus eligibility for bonuses and annual raises.
