Requirements

- Product Operations & Cross-Portfolio Coordination - Serve as centralized business analysis resource supporting multiple product teams across GCL.
- Coordinate project activities across product lines and stakeholder groups, ensuring clean handoffs across teams.
- Coordinate UAT planning and defect triage workflows.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and elicitation sessions.
- Apply AI-informed perspectives to identify automation opportunities.
- Process Improvement & AI Integration - Analyze workflows to identify inefficiency points.
- Translate technical concepts into business language for non-technical audiences.
- Identify process improvements through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
Skills
- Leverage Azure DevOps and/or JIRA for work item management and sprint planning.
Compensation
- $74,600.00 - $124,700.00
- Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
