About the role

  • This senior commercial leader will be primarily responsible for defining and executing Generate's commercial strategy for GB-0895 which is currently in multiple Phase 3 clinical trials in Asthma and moving into late stage clinical development in COPD.
  • This individual will bring a strong enterprise mindset and ensure that commercial perspectives are integrated early, rigorously, and pragmatically into program strategy, development planning, and portfolio decisions.
  • Represent the commercial perspective in governance forums, program team discussions, and senior leadership reviews, providing clear recommendations, risk assessments, and decision-ready analyses.

Responsibilities

  • The role will also help establish and implement the commercial capability and organizational build in a phase appropriate way to meet the needs of GB-0895 and Generate at large.
  • Lead development and ongoing refinement of a multi-year commercialization roadmap for GB-0895, spanning strategic planning, pre-launch capability building, operating model design, and key go-to-market decisions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Strategy to support long-range planning, portfolio prioritization, investment decisions, and program valuation through clear commercial assumptions and data-driven scenarios.
  • This role will partner closely with leaders across R&D, Regulatory, Technical Operations, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Strategy.

Nice to have

  • Deep experience in immunology commercialization and a strong grasp of the treatment landscape, competitive dynamics, and stakeholder environment across major immunology markets.
  • A demonstrated track record of shaping commercial strategy for development-stage or early-launch assets, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams well before commercialization.
  • Experience leading major cross-functional initiatives that connect commercial, clinical, regulatory, and finance stakeholders around a common strategy.
  • Strong strategic problem-solving skills, including market assessment, scenario planning, forecasting inputs, investment framing, and executive communication.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the credibility to engage effectively with executive leadership, external experts, and cross-functional program teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required
