Responsibilities
- Manage the full operational lifecycle, SLOs, and availability for distinct network services or platforms across global offices and cloud environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders-including Business Technology, Workplace, Security, and TDI teams-to plan projects, improve IT network security, and resolve recurring incidents.
- Develop and maintain system consistency across the fleet by scheduling change requests, configuring network monitoring tools, and participating in an on-call rotation to remediate outages.
- Direct experience working with hardware/software vendors, Internet/WAN connectivity partners, and managing wireless networks.

Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree
- or 3+ years with a Master's degree (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate deployment, scaling, and recovery, alongside proficiency in scripting or programming languages to build custom tooling.
- Proven experience with observability tools, utilizing a data-driven approach to define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, and a working knowledge of network device monitoring, alerting, and logging.
- Desirable Technical Skills: Experience with Juniper/JUNOS switching/routing, Palo Alto Networks NGFWs, and enterprise office build and construction processes is highly desired and will help you hit the ground running.
