- FTE 1 Scheduled Bi-Weekly Hours 80 Work Shift Day: 8 hours Job Description The Clinical Manager has twenty-four (24) hour responsibility for the management of nursing and technologist practice and operations in the assigned units.
Responsibilities
- The Clinical Manager collaborates with multiple professionals to support and coordinate the provision / management of patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Three (3) years progressive clinical leadership and ability to demonstrate competency in management skills.
- Three (3) years clinical experience in specialty area.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and delegate appropriately.
- Current California RN license required.
- Master's degree in Nursing or in a health-related field is preferred (may be in progress)
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal skills and teamwork
- License/Certification/Registration Requirements
- Basic Life Support certification
- Department Specific:
- Interventional and Operating Room:
- Current fire and safety certification within 90 days of hire.
Nice to have
- Specialty certification preferred
Compensation
- $95.02 - $142.53 USD Hour
