- Demonstrated expertise in program and project evaluation required.
- Demonstrated skills as an educator, and project management skills required.

- Supports and assists with development, implementation and evaluation of regional educational initiatives in the Toronto West Regional Stroke Network (TWSN);
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of a Knowledge Translation and Education Strategy across the Toronto Stroke Networks;
- Health promotion and primary stroke prevention, secondary stroke prevention, emergency and acute stroke care, stroke rehabilitation and community re-integration
- Master's degree (preferred) in any health or education, related program
- Baccalaureate degree in health related discipline required
- Licensed member in good standing with a professional college and/or licensed member under the Regulated Health Professions Act
- Experience in the health care system
- Experience in delivering educational presentations with demonstrated presentation skills
