- Market Outreach Specialist is accountable for documenting and prioritizing customer and home needs, determining program eligibility, and supporting installation of energy efficiency measures.

Responsibilities
- Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Requirements
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
Nice to have
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate energy efficiency upgrades
- Represent the program at community events, workshops, and outreach activities
- Conduct targeted outreach to Spanish-speaking and underserved communities
- 4-8 years of relevant work experience in home performance, energy efficiency, inspections, outreach, or other in-home customer-facing roles
- BPI certification (or similar) preferred or ability to obtain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a field-based environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Compensation
- $62,700.00 - $94,100.00 Currency
- Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
- $75,000.00 - $85,000.00
