- The position may require overtime work during month-end and quarter-end reporting.
- The Associate will be an integral member of a 7-person team and will be expected to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating with the broader team and seeking guidance when appropriate.
Nice to have
- Timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and monthly reporting packages, including portfolio and financial metrics
- Assist in preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and due diligence requests
- Assist in coordination with the auditors during their reviews and audits
- Assist in researching and summarizing accounting guidance and new accounting standards, including supporting the assessment of applicability to the funds
- Assist in maintaining reporting processes and procedures
- Assist with ad hoc requests and reporting
- Complete other duties or special projects as assigned
- Position typically requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Compensation
- The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below.
- Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus.
- $80,000 - $90,000
