About the role
- As a Freight Audit and Payments Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of freight expenses for Procter & Gamble.
- This position involves auditing freight invoices, processing payments, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within our complex supply chain.

Responsibilities
- Perform detailed audits of freight invoices against contractual rates, shipping documents, and internal systems to identify discrepancies, overcharges, and potential errors (duplicate payments and any other deviation to standard payment process)
- Collaborate with carriers, logistics partners, and internal P&G teams (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement) to resolve invoice issues, negotiate adjustments, and retrieve necessary documentation.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of freight audit and payment systems, identifying and reporting system inefficiencies or bugs.
- Support accruals process, forecasting, and budget tracking related to transportation spend.
- Drive standardization and automation. Collaborate with digital/IT teams to enhance tools and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
