About the role
- As a Management Trainee, you will participate in our Operations Management Trainee Program.
- Complete the leadership training program requiring guided, independent study.
- Accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls.
Requirements
- At the completion of the Trainee Program, relocation to another facility for your first leadership role in Operations will be required.
- For this position, candidates are required to hold a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation or Logistics, or alternatively, have at least two years of related work experience.
Compensation
- Average Annual Starting Pay: $50,000-$60,000 (pay may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications)
