- Partner with company leaders and Co-Founders to help scale our GTM teams
- Build and optimize interview processes for speed and efficiency
- Decagon's Talent team partners directly with company leadership to shape org design, define what exceptional looks like, and hire the people who will shape our future.

Requirements
- Have 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle recruiting role
- Bring deep knowledge of the AI talent landscape and a network of top-tier candidates
