About the role

  • - Use excellent communication and active listening skills to learn about the customer's financial needs. Establish trust, optimize sales opportunities, generate leads, recommend appropriate solutions, and provide quality customer service.
  • - Utilize strong understanding of sales and financial services to offer creative solutions, viable financial alternatives, and tailored product and service recommendations based on customers' current and future needs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in banking, financial services, or sales, preferably in a relationship management or personal banking role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in deposits, loans, and fee income.
  • Ability to analyze financial information and make sound recommendations.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to successfully meet team objectives while maintaining high levels of individual performance.
  • Customer service focus with experience in handling complex transactions across multiple systems

Nice to have

  • English, Korean a plus.
