Support Business Development and internal teams by planning, writing, editing, and compiling high-quality proposal packages ready for submission.
Manage the full proposal process, delivering client-focused RFPs, EOIs, SOIs, and pre-qualification documents while addressing client clarifications.
Organize and manage proposal files, documents, and deliverables, identifying scopes of work and subcontracting potential from RFP specifications.
Highly motivated with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple proposals under tight deadlines.

3-5 years of experience in proposal development, ideally within the construction or related industries.
Degree or diploma in Business, English, Technical Writing, or Communications preferred; CET or PMP certification and experience in construction or oil and gas proposals are assets.
