Responsibilities
- Training: Lead engaging, in-person training and certification programs that build safety capability across the organization. Review and refine training content to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and alignment with business needs.
- Projects: Support and lead special HSE projects across domestic and international sites, identifying and mitigating safety, environmental, and security risks while contributing to broader business initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Certification: ISO9000 Lead Auditor
- The HSE Specialist role empowers you to shape programs, influence leaders, and drive meaningful change that protects people and strengthens operations every day.
- Implement program updates and ensure ongoing compliance across all operations.
Requirements
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Nice to have
- High school diploma required.
- Associate's degree preferred.
Compensation
- The expected annual base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $68,000.
