Responsibilities
- Collaborate often with senior engineers, perform various roadway engineering and design assignments requiring the application of engineering techniques, procedures and design criteria for projects ranging in size and complexity
- Utilize drafting and modeling software, tools, and programs, to develop conceptual and detailed designs
- Perform design calculations including material quantity takeoffs and construction cost estimates
- Assist in the production and modification of design calculations, technical reports, engineering plans and specifications for assigned projects
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
- Parsons is now hiring a Roadway Engineer I to join our Savannah, Georgia office to support major regional transportation infrastructure projects!

Requirements
- What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- 3 years or more of related work experience with road and highway projects
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate is preferred
- Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation Geopak and/or OpenRoads, is required
Compensation
- $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
