Requirements

  • This candidate will bring a a high level of craft and experience with pushing conceptual boundaries that will continue our client and agency's legacy of award-winning work.
  • Our next Senior Art Director will have demonstrated experience creating strategically-sound creative with an emphasis on social and OLV production.
  • This candidate must be self-driven and invested in pushing their personal and professional skillsets to continually advance their craft.
  • Ability to prioritize craft and execution that is in-line with client visual-ID, strategic insights, and cultural relevance.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Subaru of America's business with guidance from your ECD, CDs, account managers, planners, and social experts.
  • director/photographer selection, talent, and sound design/music as required.
  • These are the major functions and accountabilities required of the position and are the predominant criteria by which performance will be assessed.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in advertising, visual art, or a closely-related field.

Skills

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience and a portfolio that makes creatives do a double take.
  • Production/on-set experience is required for the senior position.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a desire to mentor junior creatives.
  • Some supervisory experience preferred.
  • Associated with highly-awarded creative output

Compensation

  • $90,000 - 110,000 annually
  • Professional Development (performance reviews 2x annually, training opportunities related to your field of development, one-on-ones with managers, etc.)
