Role Overview We're hiring a Title & Escrow Operations Manager to lead a team of 6-10 closers, escrow officers, and processors who carry our files from contract to disbursement.
Director of Operations and serve as a critical partner across Operations, Compliance, and Product - helping Clever scale our title and escrow business across multiple states with speed, accuracy, and audit-ready quality.

$80-90k, OTE: $105-125k 🏥 Comprehensive
