About the role
- This is a player-coach role reporting to the SVP Product.
- As the team evolves, you may also step into priority Core Product work where your judgment and execution can have the greatest impact.
- You will spend roughly half your time as a functional leader: running planning and reviews, setting the metrics that matter, coaching PMs, and owning the operating cadence between Product and Engineering.
Responsibilities
- You deliver meaningful customer and business results in your own product charter.
- Product, Design, and Engineering operate through a shared cadence that produces clearer decisions and stronger follow-through.
- Establish a productive cadence across Product, Design, and Engineering that improves how teams define problems, make tradeoffs, launch, measure results, and learn.
- Manage and coach a small team of PMs, raising product judgment and craft while preserving clear ownership.
- Partner closely with the SVP Product, Engineering, Design, Solutions, and GTM leadership.
- Build the product operating system

- Comfort with ambiguity and with detail.

- Experience at a company that scaled from Series B through the enterprise readiness curve
