Architecture and Platform teams for system design and modernization
Client Success and Support teams for production operations and issue resolution
Lead development and delivery of scalable services and applications built with.NET (C#) and deployed in AWS environments
Drive adoption of modern engineering practices across cloud-native architectures, APIs, and distributed systems
Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvements
Drive improvements in monitoring, alerting, and observability across systems
Guide system design and technical decisions aligned with architectural standards
Partner with cross-functional teams to support deployments, integrations, and customer environments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience in software development and platform engineering
3+ years of experience leading engineering or cross-functional technical teams
Strong technical expertise in.NET (C#) and distributed system architectures
Strong understanding of system reliability, production support, incident management, and operational excellence
Experience designing and supporting API-driven and integration-heavy systems

Nice to have

Experience supporting large-scale production environments and client deployments

This role drives modern engineering practices across cloud-native platforms, ensures system reliability, and supports operational excellence through effective production support, incident management, and continuous improvement.
