Responsibilities
- You will be key in building the future roadmap of our product by acting as the technical team's eyes and ears in the field.
- You will help design our technical GTM playbook, implementation guides, and training materials for future hires.
Requirements
- Structured storyteller: You can turn complex ideas into simple messages and make them engaging to both engineers and executives.
Nice to have
- You get systems engineering: 3+ years in a hardware, mechanical or systems engineering role.
- You know how complex machines are actually developed.
- Sales experience: managed customer relationships in either pre-sales or post-sales engagements.
- Industry experience: Experience in industries such as space, energy, robotics, or advanced manufacturing.
Skills
- Including designing, testing, and operating services at scale in a cloud environment.
- Experience working with engineering tools like Jira, Confluence, PLM, MBSE or legacy requirements tools.
