Responsibilities

  • Own organizing Alexander's calendar by scheduling meetings with team members and external stakeholders, leading a calendar sync meeting with Alexander at the beginning of every week, and analyzing time allocation across key areas
  • Identify administrative bottlenecks and develop solutions, including AI integration; own special projects that increase efficiency and strengthen internal knowledge management
  • We prefer hires to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and will support candidates with relocation costs. However, we'll consider candidates based elsewhere who are willing to travel to the Bay Area at least once a quarter.
  • We're hiring for a Senior Operations Associate in the Office of the CEO to support Alexander Berger's operational and administrative work.
  • General executive support: Handle the full range of day-to-day administrative needs, including travel planning, expenses and reimbursements, external appointments, and executive office software (Airtable, Asana, Toggl)
  • Operational improvement: Identify administrative bottlenecks and develop solutions, including AI integration; own special projects that increase efficiency and strengthen internal knowledge management
  • Are excited about operations and administrative work to support principals.

Compensation

  • There would be a 10% downward adjustment for candidates not based in one of our hubs (SF or D.C.). There would also be a 5% downward adjustment for candidates based in New York who are willing to work from our coworking hub at least one day per week.
  • The baseline compensation for this role is $178,825.00, distributed as a base salary of $155,500.00 and an unconditional 401(k) grant of $23,325.00 for U.S. hires based in the San Francisco Bay Area or Washington, D.C.
  • Time zones and location: You can work remotely, though this role would need to align significantly with Pacific Time hours (5 hours/day).
  • We prefer hires to be based in the San Francisco Bay Area, and will support candidates with relocation costs. However, we'll consider candidates based elsewhere who are willing to travel to the Bay Area at least once a quarter.
