About the role
- Elixirr (www.elixirr.com) is seeking an exceptional corporate and commercial lawyer to join its high performing team of London-based legal rockstars in supporting the Elixirr Group's business internationally.
- This role offers significant responsibility, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to help shape a rapidly scaling international business.
- A strong technical grounding from a top tier law firm and gravitas to comfortably negotiate with senior executives is also essential.
Requirements
- You must be confident to operate independently and collaborate and communicate well with London-based legal team members, external clients and internal business stakeholders.
- You must have strong written and oral communication and drafting skills, good attention to detail and be able to exercise sound pragmatic judgement.
- 4+ years' post qualification experience from a reputable law firm and in-house experience
- Sound knowledge of commercial contracts including intellectual property and data protection provisions
Nice to have
- Employment, data privacy, intellectual property and experience of a company providing professional services in respect of digital transformation and AI enablement
- Adept with the use of AI tools.
