About the role
- Provide patient with health education and teaching
- Assist in closing quality care gaps (screenings and labs)
- Team player attitude is a must and have a willingness to contribute to the continuous enhancement of care delivery workflows
Requirements
- Must have a active NP, or MD License for NV.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with In-home risk Assessment.
- Any bilingual candidate is a Plus.
- National Certification, experience in primary care/adult/geriatric, EMR skills preferred
