The expected salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000.
To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.

As our Operations Analytics Manager you will deliver insights using quantitative data to support our operations business here at The RealReal.
You will work closely with inventory, logistics, retail, and customer services team within the ops org, and partner with tech and finance teams working with nearly all aspects of our growing business.
Partner with business owners to ensure the implementation of the strategy and its success.
